Pricing
All office visits and cosmetic consultations will be with board-certified dermatologist Dr. Jenna Queller.
Office Visits include skin consultations, treatment plans, and minor procedures such as skin biopsies, skin tag removal, destruction, freezing, or injection of concerning growths.
Surgeries involving stitches, cosmetic procedures, and prescriptions require additional charges, detailed below. All visits must be paid in full at the time of service.
We respect your time and will be punctual. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any paperwork. If you arrive late, this may shorten your visit time. As this slot has already been reserved, you will still be charged for your full visit.
Standard Visits
- $150
- Standard visits typically include one to two areas of concern.
For example:
- Mole removal ⬝ Follow up of acne, rosacea, warts, molluscum, eczema, precancerous lesions (actinic keratoses) ⬝ Examine concerning spots ⬝ Localized rash ⬝ Excessive sweating
Comprehensive Visits
- $200
- Comprehensive visits are recommended for new patients with two or more concerns and patients requiring a full body skin exam.
For example:
- Full body skin exam ⬝ Hair loss consultation ⬝ New generalized rash ⬝ New warts and molluscum ⬝ New acne or rosacea patients ⬝ New actinic keratoses patients ⬝ New or follow up of medical dermatology issues, including worsening eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, autoimmune skin diseases, etc ⬝ Nail problems
Extensive visits
- $250
- Patients with more than three concerns; Poorly controlled or medically complicated diagnoses: eczema, psoriasis, complicated rash that is not responding to current treatments
Repeat Treatment Visit
- $75
- Repeat treatment of warts, benign lesions, or steroid injections (up to 5 spots)
Virtual Office Visit
- 15 Minutes – $100
- Types of issues that we can see virtually: Acne · Bumps & Growths · Dermatitis · Dryness · Eczema · Melasma · Nail Problems · Rashes · Rosacea · Scabies · Skin Cancer (initial diagnosis only)
Simple Surgery
- $300
- ED+C, Simple Cyst Removal
Complex Surgery
- $500
- Atypical Mole, BCC, SCC, Excision and Repair
Complex Cyst Surgery, Melanoma excision and repair
Earlobe Repair Surgery
- $800
- Includes both ears and includes re-piercing if desired

Cosmetic Consultation
- $125
- *Fee waived if cosmetic treatments purchased same day.
We recommend a consultation for all new cosmetic patients, so we can develop a personalized treatment plan for your skin.
We accept cash, debit cards (including HSA cards), and credit cards. We do not accept checks.
Pathology
- We are happy to offer direct care pricing of $75 per specimen. You may opt to choose the direct care pricing for pathology services or your insurance if applicable.
Prescriptions
- DermWorks is happy to offer in-house dispensing of Dr. Queller’s most commonly prescribed medications. We offer competitive cash pay prices for most of our medications. Leave our office with your prescriptions in hand!
- You may also choose to have your prescriptions filled at your local pharmacy if you wish to use your insurance.
Bloodwork

Medication Prior Authorization
- $25
Benign Growth Removal
- Destruction or removal of cherry angiomas, seborrheic keratoses, lentigos, milia, or skin tags.
- 1-5 Lesions – $100
- 6-14 Lesions – $150
- up to 30 lesions – $250
Benign Mole Shave Removal
- $150 – includes pathology fee
Minor Procedure
- Add-On – $75
- Flat rate for any number of medically necessary biopsies, liquid nitrogen treatment of precancerous growths, or intralesional keloid injections performed during your visit.
- Does not include cosmetic removal of benign growths or pathology fees.
Scheduling Policies
Cosmetic consultations, new acne, new hair loss, or new rash visits must be scheduled separately from skin check visits. You are considered a new patient if it has been more than 3 years since your last medical visit.
Good Faith Estimate
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
